APC 2023 PRESIDENTIAL TICKET: "Bola A Tinubu" in early lead. --Nigeria News Platform. (NNP)

GMB and BAT came together to form APC.

While Buhari came with one Governor and with Integrity, Tinubu came with 6 Governors and political wisdom and sagacity. Okorocha's faction of APGA was also part of it.

PDP was breaking and after the formation of APC, nPDP joined with Atiku, Kwankwaso, Saraki, Amaechi and Tambuwal. The ticket was zoned to the North in 2014 yet Okorocha contested (as it's his right) with Kwankwaso and money, bag Atiku. Asiwaju rallied his troop behind Mr Integrity as he was the only one among all the candidates who could defeat the incumbent President Jonathan.

GMB won with very wide margin and then, the issue of running mate came up. Asiwaju is a Muslim and because we've retrogressed over time as we've become more divided along ethnic and religion lines, he had to think of presenting a Christian from the South. And so, from the blues, Pastor Osinbajo emerged and the tag team of a General and a Professor won the APC the Presidency. Junkies like FFK said all was a ruse as the original plan was for Osinbajo to resign for Tinubu after 6 months in Office but this is March 16, 2020!

The nPDP took the National Assembly leadership by falsifying the House Rule. The position of the Senate President was reserved for APC South East and particularly, Ngige but the party didn't win one seat in the zone.

We were going for another round of elections and PDP knew they're not going to win through the ballot box so, people like Sataki stayed behind and pushed that we didn't need to conduct a fresh convention and the President has agreed to keep his 'trusted' Oyegun but Vice President Osinbajo told him that if we fail to conduct a convention, any party that came 2nd in all elections (from the Presidency to Councillorship) we might have won, will be declared winner by the Court and PDP knew that.

The President saw the danger and so, approved a convention and that convention produced the National Executive under the Chairmanship of Comrade Adams Oshiomole and one of the first thing it did was to checkmate the powerful Senate President by withdrawing the control of Kwara state APC from him and so after a while, the man left for PDP and was roundly defeated and was still defeated this last Saturday.

Today, the President shall tell everyone of them the home truth after Asiwaju has spoken yesterday. APC is not a group that will be overrun by gangsterism. There are laid down rules to settle differences as stated by Chief Akande (APC's protein) whose Reconciliation Committee hasn't been allowed to work before going to court for orders with the aim of either taking over the party leadership or burning down the house.

“Many of us expended sweat, tears, toil and sleepless nights to build this party. Our personal sacrifices were not insignificant. We built this party not simply as a vehicle for personal ambition. We built the party because we saw it as perhaps the only enduring hope to bring progressive governance to this nation. Those who now seek to abuse the party by using it as their personal device do it great harm.
