I'm very sure many have heard this time without numbers that the amount of calories intake is what gets people fat. That's not totally true.
Here is what gets people fat: Low or Slow metabolism.

So if the calories intake is too much for the rate at which the body burns it for energy, there is a very high tendency of getting fat.
What if one's body can burn calories for energy as quickly or as fast as one takes them?
