Language can be your superpower as a leader.

On June 6th, the YALI Network Oyo State Coordinator, Israel Alabi accompanied by the Social media and communication manager- Rebecca Akinyinka joined Honor FM 103.5 to discuss the theme" Language and Leadership: Why Every Great Leader Should Understand More Than One Language".

During the session, he highlighted how learning multiple languages helps leaders communicate better, connect with diverse audiences, build cultural intelligence, and expand their influence beyond geographical boundaries.

He also emphasized that language is more than a communication tool, it is a bridge to opportunities, relationships, and global impact.

In a world that is becoming increasingly interconnected, leaders who invest in language skills position themselves to lead more effectively and inclusively.

One key takeaway: The more people you can connect with, the greater your capacity to lead and create impact.
