Don't follow in the footsteps of Shaytaan - desist from using qadar to justify your persistence in sin. Qadar (destiny) does not take away our freedom of choice, it is the result of those choices we have no control over.
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: "lf a person who quotes al-qadar as an excuse were attacked by another person who also quotes it as an excuse for that, he would not accept and thus, he would contradict himself which in itself is proof that this logic is false." - Majmoo' al-Fataawa 8/179
Whatever sin you are committing, seek forgiveness from Allah, repent sincerely and resolve never to go back to it.
