🚨 Family Aide Allegedly Linked to Abduction of Ex-Minister Adelabu’s Sister — Police

The Oyo State Police Command has revealed that a personal assistant connected to the family of former Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, is suspected of collaborating with kidnappers involved in the abduction of his sister, Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul, and her twin sons in Ibadan.

👮‍♂️ According to police investigations, the suspect allegedly provided critical information that aided the planning and ex*****on of the crime, pointing to possible insider involvement.

📍 The victims were abducted on June 3 while on their way to school in the Ring Road area of Ibadan, prompting an intensive security operation.

⚔️ Police operatives later tracked the suspects to their hideout, where a gun battle ensued. Two suspects were neutralized, while several others were arrested and are currently assisting investigators.

✅ Mrs. Adegoke John-Paul and her children were rescued unharmed and safely reunited with their family.
