*Challenge Day 5*

*One Thing Government, Schools, Work places, Or Health System can do better*

As someone living with sickle cell, one change I would like to see is greater understanding and support in our schools, workplaces, and healthcare systems.

Many people living with sickle cell push through pain while trying to keep up with daily responsibilities. Sometimes we need flexibility, understanding, and access to quality healthcare without stigma or judgment.

Schools should educate students about sickle cell. Workplaces should create supportive environments for employees living with chronic health conditions. Healthcare systems should make treatment and care more accessible and affordable.

Awareness is important, but awareness alone is not enough. Real change happens when people turn understanding into action.

Every person living with sickle cell deserves respect, opportunity, and access to the care they need to live healthy and productive lives.
