AN OPEN LETTER TO Saheed Osupa
Dear Alhaji Saheed Osupa,
I read your reported statement about using juju or voodoo for success. While not surprising, it is deeply concerning.
In Islam, success is only by the will of Allah ﷻ. Yes, harmful spiritual acts may appear to work—but nothing happens except by His permission, and such paths come with severe consequences.
Allah says:
“Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating partners with Him…” (Qur’an 4:48)
And Prophet Muhammad ﷺ warned that the greatest sin is to associate partners with Allah.
No amount of wealth, fame, or influence is worth risking your hereafter. You already have what many people pray for—why trade eternal peace for temporary gain?
Reflect on the reality of life and death. Even the most powerful people, like Jeffrey Epstein, could not escape their end.
This is a sincere advice: turn back to Allah, correct any wrong statements, and seek forgiveness.
A word is enough for the wise.
May Allah guide us all.
