It feels rubbery
People usually remove it before eating
It is more about decoration than taste
Buttercream and whipped cream on the other hand:
Taste better 😋
Are softer and lighter
Are more affordable for customers
Allow beautiful designs too
Are currently trending for “minimalist cakes”
