Ramadan Day 16

O Allah, Lord of the noble Quran, Lord of the sacred months, and Lord of the blessed Ramadan, I beseech You to grant me the blessings of this noble month.

Make my fasting in this month a means of gaining Your pleasure, and my prayers a means of seeking Your forgiveness. Make my charity a means of purifying my soul, and my recitation of the Quran a means of illuminating my heart.

Forgive me, O Allah, for my mistakes, and guide me to the straight path. Accept, O Allah, my fast, my prayers, and my charity, and make them a means of nearness to You.

O Allah make me among those who are thankful for Your blessings, and who remember You often. Make me among those who are patient, and who seek Your help.
