Refuse to label situations as problems; instead, view them as challenges to overcome.
Embrace your mistakes with honor, knowing that they will ultimately become powerful testimonies of growth and resilience.

Beware of individuals who have never faced challenges; being around them exposes you to significant risks. The ability to mentor others is derived from a personal journey of pain and endurance.
A True Leader
Leads by example. Corruption thrives where the top leader is corrupt. A leader who wants to fight corruption should publicly challenge everyone to call a press conference on him if they ever ask them for kickback. Jesus publicly challenged people, “Can any of you accuse me of sin – John 8:46?”
A true leader should tell everyone to follow his example. Jesus’ invitation was, “Come, follow me – Matthew 4:19.” Jesus wanted His followers to be like Him in values and principles.
A true leader is selfless. He doesn’t eat before his followers eat. When Jesus saw the people were hungry, He directed His disciples, “Give the people food. You just can’t send them away – Mark 6:37.”
It’s a big shame for a leader to live in affluence from money he has stolen from the people. The measure of a leader is not how prosperous he is, but how prosperous his people are.
