👉 Tetracyclines: can cause tooth discoloration and inhibit bone growth.

👉 Fluoroquinolones ( the likes of Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin ); can cause cartilage damage or tendon rupture and musculoskeletal issues and it decreases seizures' threshold hence can cause high chances of seizures.

👉 Aminoglycosides( Gentamicin, Streptomycin them ) can cause ototoxicity (hearing loss) and nephrotoxicity (kidney damage).

👉 Aspirin because it can cause Reye Syndrome; a rare but it can be serious condition causing swelling and inflammation in the brain and liver it can occur for teenagers recovering from and infection like flu. Reye syndrome is linked to aspirin.

👉 Loperamide because it causes Respiratory Depression.
