Background of BHI

Beacon of Hope Initiative (BHI) started on July 1, 2001 in Jos, Nigeria through the Christian Reformed World Missions (CRWM) and World Renew both agencies of the Christian Reformed Church of North America. BHI became registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria as a corporate body on October 7, 2010.
