There are many things to consider when starting your skincare business. Below are a few of them.
1. Market Research: You need to do a market research to find out which products are selling well and fast. After your research, conclude on at least 3 products or at most 5 different types of products that sell fast.
2. Get adequate knowledge: Learn how to produce these products and test them to make sure they are effective. You can test them on, yourself, friends or family members. Remember to take before and after pictures while testing as this will stand as reviews for your potential customers.
3. Start with mini production: Start with production of 3 - 5 quantity of each products ( among the 3-5 fast selling products you concluded with during your market research).
