Love starts as a feeling. You don't choose who you're drawn to. You don't decide to feel that warmth when someone enters the room.

But love that LASTS is a choice. Repeatedly made. Every day.

Because the feeling of love isn't constant — stress, tiredness, conflict, and ordinary life all dampen it temporarily. The couples who survive those moments are the ones who CHOSE to keep showing up, even when the feeling was quiet.

The #1 thing eating your data without you knowing:

WhatsApp. By default, it auto-downloads EVERY photo and video sent to EVERY group you're in. If you're in 10 WhatsApp groups (most Nigerians are), this alone can eat hundreds of MB a week.

THE FIX (takes 2 minutes):
WhatsApp → Settings → Storage and Data → Media auto-download → turn OFF photos, videos, and audio for "When using mobile data"

Other quick wins:
✅ Turn on Data Saver mode (Android) or Low Data Mode (iPhone)
✅ Set app updates to Wi-Fi only — not mobile data
✅ Drop YouTube quality to 360p when on data
✅ Use night data plans (MTN: 11pm–6am, Airtel: 12am–5am) for heavy downloads
