Let me be honest… this mistake almost made me quit my kiddies business 😩

I thought I was doing well.

Orders were coming in.
People were buying.
Everyday, I was busy.

Just vibes and stress 😭

But the moment I changed things…

Everything changed.

I started buying with sense, not emotions.
I focused on styles that actually sell.
I tracked every naira.
I paid attention to my customers.

And that was when I finally started seeing real profit.
