If you want your parents to respect you, never joke around important issues. Learn to be serious in your discussion on important matters.

When dealing with issues; make your contributions clear and open. Don’t mince words.

Your conversation must come from a point of relevance. When they meet with you for 5minutes, give them something to take home for their spouse.

This will make them see you as a LEADER that has discipline and has the vision of the school at heart.

Make your SCHOOL looks like a second home.✅

Focus more on SAFETY than STUDIES.

There is nothing that inspires parents than seeing their kids safe.

Make sure all teachers are on a look out for the safety of the pupils during break and after closing.

Other schools may not care about the closing hour of their pupils; but that shouldn’t be you.

SAFTY is paramount in this business.

When a parent goes to work and return to pick her child; she doesn’t want to see any injury on her child. She wants to pick her the way she dropped her in the morning.

Embed this DISCIPLINE in the minds of your staff.

Everyone should be a GUARDIAN; protecting every kids.

When parents sees this; it has a way it pe*****te their minds that your school is worth patronage.

Learn to sell SAFETY above STUDIES.

WAY 3:-

Learn to protect your office. Your office shouldn’t be too OPEN for every kind of parents.

Overfamiliarity has made many school owners lose HONOR.

Understand that the crown 👑 on a KING is the significance of his honor. He doesn’t need to introduce himself as a man of honor; his CROWN is an introduction.

The DAY you opened that school, you have become a WOMAN of honor. Respect comes naturally for you.

Your RESPONSIBILITY is to protect it with dignity so you don’t lose it.

Place value on your OFFICE.

Place value on your PERSON.

Create the room for relationship with parents but draw the line of over-familiarity.

When they try to weigh you on their scale; let them meet you above the scale.

When you operate at this level, you will realize how POWERFUL you have become.

Remember;

Scarcity is not the absence of a product but the relevance of it value.

Anything that has DEMAND is always scarce.
