Davido Calls for Freedom of Oyo Kidnap Victims on World Stage
Nigerian music star Davido made a powerful statement as he appeared on stage wearing a customized jacket bearing the names of children abducted by terrorists in Oyo State.
The jacket carried the bold message, “Bring Them Home,” drawing attention to the plight of the victims and amplifying calls for their safe return.
The Vice Chairman of the Landlords Association in Lakoun Community, Ibadan, has revealed that residents were unaware of the activities of suspected kidnappers operating in the area.
According to him, the occupants mostly returned home late at night, making it difficult for neighbours to know what they were involved in until security agencies uncovered their alleged activities.
Ayo Fayose has defended Governor Seyi Makinde over security concerns, saying he handled security well when he was governor and understands the challenge of the office.
He also expressed confidence in President Bola Tinubu, stating that anyone seeking his removal should wait for elections, insisting Tinubu will defeat opponents at the polls.
