You can't retain guests if your AirBnB is lacking adequate living standards, the Esthetics and ambience can attract the attention but it is the amenities that sustain the stay-cation. how your guests feel during their stay is the result you should capitalize.

in every business it's important to note key factors that enables thriving and market, yes I know visibility correlates to consistent marketing but I'm here to for hospitality industry and believe that in this industry your guests do the marketing often based on stay-cation and visitation experiences.

Recently I noticed that a particular Apartment I shortlist has more frequent visits and longer stays so I took out time to note key differences between those Apartments shortlisted for bookings, I realized that some guest loved the bathroom section of this particular house. they loved that they could take a bath and also do their regular cosmetic body routine at the time while in bathroom, the cavity section in the shower has space for creams, body fragrances and also aromatic scented candles all in one spot.
