Can I ask you something this Thursday morning?

Have you ever felt like you’re trying so hard, doing so many things… yet your growth still feels slow?

I’ve realised something on my own journey as a mom, business owner, and coach.

Most times, it’s not because we are lazy or not capable.

There is usually just one thing quietly standing in the way.

For some people, it’s fear.
For some, it’s overthinking.
For others, it’s waiting for the “perfect time.”
And sometimes… it’s simply not believing in ourselves enough.

One thing that helped me was when I stopped focusing on everything I needed to fix at once… and started identifying the one thing truly slowing me down.

And honestly?
That changed a lot for me.

So today, take a quiet moment and ask yourself:

“What is the one thing slowing my progress right now?”

Not ten things.
Just one.

Because once you identify it, you can begin to work on it little by little ✨

Sometimes, admitting it to yourself is already the first powerful step forward 🤍
