If you're a parent or a guardian, this is specially for you and if you're not a parent yet, it doesn't stop you from reading and knowing what to do when your kids come along.

Are you aware that your children feel more comfortable with you while on holiday than when school resumes.

My own observation is that children face a lot of peer pressure from their fellow classmates, seniors and teachers.

These ones bully them physically and emotionally. They create fear in them and threaten to beat or bully them more if they talk about it to anybody.

Be observant of how your kids react while going to school and when they come back.

Look out for their mood swings.

It may not mean anything to you but this is a sign of pressure from their peers.

Try to draw them out, so they can confide in you. Let them be your best friend.

Build self confidence in them. Let them know that you're always there for them.

Doing this regularly, will open up the communication door between you and them.

And never fail daily to commit their ways into the hand of the Almighty God.

God will never allow us to toil in vain and he will protect and guide them for us.
