β€œMy world was turned upside down by a diagnosis of Stage 4 Breast cancer,

Cancer may end treatment, but it does not end the impact.
For many women, surviving breast cancer comes with losses, no scan can measure parts of their bodies, pieces of their identity, and a sense of familiarity with themselves.

A mastectomy is not β€œjust surgery.”
It is grief without a funeral.
It is learning to look in the mirror and meet a different version of yourself every day.

Wearing a breast prosthesis is not about appearance.
It is about courage choosing to show up in a body that no longer feels like home.

It is strength carried quietly, beneath clothes, beneath smiles, beneath the assumption that β€œshe’s fine now.”

Survivorship does not end when treatment stops.
The changes follow women into their homes, their marriages, their confidence, their sense of worth.
These stories are real. They are lived daily. Yet they are rarely seen.

Behind every survivor is a body that changed, a life that shifted and a dignity that deserves respect, care, and support.

Let us stand with survivors beyond treatment.
Because survival is not the finish line ,it is the beginning of rebuilding a life cancer tried to take away.

What a Move, What an Impact!

From the streets to the screens, everywhere felt our impact!
The energy, the love, the unity, the pink power unforgettable! πŸŽ€

Together, we raised voices, spread hope, and reminded the world that early detection saves lives and survivors are the real warriors.

To everyone who walked, volunteered, sponsored, supported, and cheered from afar, you made history πŸ™
It truly ended in praise and purpose.

Let’s do this again, even louder, brighter, and bigger come 3rd OCTOBER 2026, by the grace of God! πŸ™ŒπŸ’ͺ

Did you know? The big pink ribbon string art we all created at PinkNaija Walk/Engraced Life @ 5 was more than just a fun activity πŸ™Œβœ¨

Every string added by participants was a symbol - showing how each person’s contribution, no matter how small, comes together to make something whole and beautiful. πŸ’–

That’s the heart of our theme this year: No one should fight alone. Just as the strings formed a masterpiece, our voices, steps, and acts of love unite to give strength and hope in the fight against breast cancer. 🌍πŸ’ͺ

Now hanging on our office wall, it stands as a daily reminder: together, we create wholeness, we create hope.

πŸ’– Thank you to everyone who added their string, their voice, and their heart to this story of unity. You made this masterpiece possible! πŸ™βœ¨

Thank you for setting this up πŸ™ŒπŸ©·πŸ©·πŸ©·
