­Drink a pint of water upon rising in the morning, and a pint
of water between meals

D­o not buy “special” water. Use only glass or reused polyethylene jugs. Polyethylene
is opaque, not clear. It has already lost its plasticSubstance .

By drinking a total of four pints of water in a day, the kidneys will
notice the assistance.
The urine will stop having any odor
and will become very light colored.

This is especially important
while you are healing yourself of cancer naturally

One main reason not to drink water from bottles, however convenient, is that it is stagnant and is soon contaminated with our own
bacteria from contact with mouth or hands.
