Chocolate Bundt cake

Ingredient
2 3/4 cups All purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2 sachet Nescafé instant coffee
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 Cup Melted butter
3 large eggs
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup hot water

For Ganache
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a bundt pan with cold butter, sprinkle Cocoa powder inside and dust out excess.

3. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and nescafe. Add baking soda,sugar and salt and mix together.

4. Make a well in d middle and add buttermilk, oil, melted butter eggs, and vanilla. Using a wire whisk, whisk together.

5. Add the hot water to the mixture until just combined.

6. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

7. Let cake cool completely on a wire rack before pouring ganache over it’s or it will run right off the cake.

Ganache

1. add the 1/2 cup of heavy cream to 1 cup dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second

2. Pour over the cake and garnish with chocolate chips or sprinkles.
