Job Title: Tender Engineer

Location: Portharcourt

Note: Experience in the Oil & Gas field as a Tender Engineer is required.

Job Responsibility:
• Primarily to attend to all tenders
• Very good at documentation and content development
• Find out any ongoing tender that we are not invited for
• Oversees all administrative processes which include procurement and logistics
• Ensure we comply with all tender requirements which include HSE, QAQC, NIPEX, DPR, ITF, Insurance, NSITF and all others
• Ensure all document, tools, equipment, personnel and other resources that are required to attend to tenders are in place
• Follow up with management to ensure all required are made available
• Ready to visit the field when necessary to ensure requirement for tenders are met
• Ready to go to the field when the need arises
• Send daily report and update

Job Requirements:
• Must have Elect/Elect Engineering or B.Sc. Physics
• Very good at documentation and content development
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the oil & gas with field experience
• Must be able to use his/her initiatives
• Must be proficient in the use if excel
• Ability to drive will be an advantage
• Good skills in technical content development and able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to take on responsibilities
• Ready to work as a Solutions Engineer finding solutions to all related job roles
