My name is Omolade Angelina Iyanuoluwa, and I’m happy to introduce myself to you all! 💕
I’m a graduate of biochemistry from JABU, where I developed a strong foundation in the science of food and nutrition. This knowledge has greatly influenced my passion for baking, as I believe that understanding the ingredients and their interactions can elevate the quality of our baked goods. ❤️

As a baker and nutritionist, I take pride in creating delicious treats that not only satisfy the taste buds but also contribute to a healthy lifestyle. I hold a VC certificate in confectionery from JABU and a certificate in nutrition from another institution, which has further enhanced my skills and creativity in the kitchen. I’m the owner of Ibake, and over the years, we have served our customers with the best service, both indoors and outdoors.

I love experimenting with different recipes and techniques, and I’m always eager to share my knowledge with others. I train people who are willing to learn anything about baking, whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills.
