Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to handle customer interactions, support marketing activities, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly, manage client inquiries, and support the company’s brand and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide timely and accurate information on company products/services.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content creation.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media pages and customer feedback.
• Prepare basic reports on customer activity and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
• Promote excellent customer satisfaction and brand visibility.
Requirements
• 1 – 2 year’s work experience
• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic marketing knowledge (digital or traditional).
• Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office; social media management is an added advantage.
