At the UPDC REIT Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 6th of May 2026, unitholders formally backed the appointment of SFS Capital as Fund Manager, a significant step toward strengthening portfolio performance, improving transparency, and driving long-term value creation.
Since taking over the fund in January 2026:
• Rental income grew by 82.8% YoY
• Q1 revenue reached ₦1.027 billion
• Net distributable income rose by 36.4%
• GCR upgraded the Trust’s rating to A(NG) with a Positive Outlook
