Because my tenant ask for R£fund his caution fee and i told hkm that it is non refundable

Atanda, i opened his apartment this morning after he left, only to discover the huge damages he did

He put destroyed the ceiling
He broke the wc in the toilet
Hw spoilt all the taps
He cut all the wires

He broke some part of the wall and put different hole in the wall
This is too much oga Atanda, on top 50k caution fee he paid.
I will spend nothing less than 200k to fix the damages
