I sent a letter to my mentor last week to share my progress with him and to ask him a question regarding my career. Then I felt like sharing with you too.

Dear Daddy, good afternoon.

Thank you so much for supporting me throughout my academic career. I just wanted to let you know that I finished my first year of school, and it was really great.

In order to learn more about the business world, I worked on various case studies. I was able to get an A in most of my courses; my lowest mark was a B.

My second year in business administration, which I will begin next month, will be my final year before starting my specialization for 8month. I was able to reduce the required time from four to two years.

I want to ask, what else will I need to achieve aside from achieving good grades? To make myself stand out while hunting for jobs , I want to start putting them together. before I complete my studies.

His response was, "

Son, you are doing great and you are on the right path. Take your time and focus on your studies.

Enjoy your today's experience and pray for your tomorrow. There’s no rocket science to getting a better job. I can only tell you what I did and nothing else. Keep growing, son.

When I saw this message, I was overjoyed, and I promised myself a prayerful life and a wonderful today, because it is the day God has made for me to rejoice and be glad in. And not to worry about tomorrow.
