I am not one to scream when I meet celebrities. I have met lots of them in person.

When I was working on the island, Victoria Island to be precised, I met Timaya around 2AM, he came to get food, I had told the staffs working under me to go and rest after a very long day that I will man the spot because they looked really tired. So he (Timaya) walked in and we looked at each other. He was surprised that I wasn't surprise (lolz) and guess what? He left without buying anything. lolzz

When I told the staffs the next morning, ahhh! you need to see the way they went wi!d with scre@ming. 🤣🤣🤣

Was I proud?

No!

Was I surprised? A big YES! Did I scre@m or act weird? No!!!

I am not just that kind of person with too many drama when it has to do with meeting a celebrity. You can call me cold that's totally fine.

But you see this my guy right here? I'm not sure how I will react the day I see him.

I have this unexplainable love for Nathaniel Bassey- because he gave me so many reasons to hold onto my sound.

This is one man I really want to meet.

I want to tell him in person how much he changed the game and just like Don Moen, he's blessed us with many amazing songs that would never cease to echo in the spirit!!

About 16 years ago i was told by a man i respected so much, “Read books and cover your destiny. Wear clothes and cover your nakedness.

So in my early 20's, I would rather buy ten books than buy one new cloth for myself.
Any small money i had—books.
A lot of people who are around me know that I love looking sharp but still I focused on buying books at the time.
Even when I wanted a treat for myself—still books.

A covered body is good, but a covered mind is better.
I understood and still do, that a man whose destiny is equipped with knowledge can never be stranded.
And truly, those books shaped me more than any outfit could.

Today, I wear my clothes proudly
but I wear my knowledge even more boldly.
