Job Description
We are looking for matured lady with WASC or OND to be our Front Desk Officer.
The person must be a good and fast learner.
She must live within Ikeja, Oreun, Ojota and Ketu.
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative functions to the DMD and as required, to members within the organization.
As directed by the DMD, independently draft and if required, respond/handle all in-coming and out-going e-mails and correspondence on his behalf.
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the DMD is well-prepared for the meetings.
Assisting in keeping track of project deadlines for the DMD.
Assisting in keeping track of project deadlines for the DMD.
Maintain an accurate calendar/schedule of appointments for the DMD.
Co-ordinate and independently plan all travel itineraries, independently collate, compile and submit all Travel Expense claims as relates to the DMD’s trips/travels to the Finance team, and to follow-up on such matters to ensure that all claims received are accurate and on-time.
Taking all phone messages accurately, forwarding calls as necessary and from time to time, as required to act as a representative to independently handle calls according to pre-agreed guidelines stipulated by the DMD.
Assist with the preparation of presentations (PowerPoint), proposals and client deliverables, i.e. taking instructions from other individuals or service departments as necessary, to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met as outlined by the DMD.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by the DMD.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a B.Sc. in any Social Science discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity working with Senior management and executives
Must have 2 years relevant experience (office Administration) and 3 years as an Executive Assistant
Professional certification is an added advantage.
SKILLS:
Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Excellent report writing skills and proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook email (calendar system).
Must be confident and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain grace under pressure
International exposure/experience preferred.
