a dependable little organ is the human heart everyday including Sunday and holidays this little engine keep on pumping blood nonstop and it continues even while we are asleep
The heart never complain about weather and never ask for vacation it works best when treated well but continues to serve even when working conditions are stressful
How much do we need heart if one eye is blind we can still see with the remaining one if one ear is deaf we can hear with the other if we lose one leg we can still walk with the other with the aid of a crutch but we only have one heart
While we live
Our pumping organ is about the size of one's fist and weighs just a little more than one kilograms it beats about 70 time a minute 4200 an hour 100,800 time a day and 32,792, 000 times a year in other words the heart of a 70 years old person has beaten over 2.5billion time in the average lifetime it pump enough blood to fill 3.3 super tankers
According to one encyclopedia the heart pumps blood through about 12,000 miles of blood vessels in the human body that is about a distance half way around the world
Although this organ which keeps our blood constantly circulating can be weakened by disease and abuse it generally give excellent ceaseless service for many years before it finally stops when that happens we die
When we die
This brings us to a very important question if your heart stops five minutes from now would you go to heaven or hell
I hope you can say the following with assurance,yes I know that when I die I will go to heaven. This is the common notion of everybody but the common truth is that there is only one way to heaven you cannot make it to heaven unless you have turned to God in repentance and receive Jesus christ as your personal lord and savior Jesus christ is the way the truth and the life (john 14"6)therefore to go to heaven you have to put your trust in his precious blood she'd on calvary cross
