Job Description
- Following up all potential customer leads.
- Process all customer orders and close sales.
- Attend to customers on WhatsApp and all social media platforms.
- Create video content of products and upload content
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.

Requirement
- 1 to 2 years experience in online sales and customer service role
- Must be persuasive, smart, outspoken, and vocal
- Must be familiar with the usage of social media platforms.
