This got me pondering: How many businesses, especially small businesses lose the opportunity of lifetime customers because the fail to see customer retention as a vital aspect of their businesses.
How can businesses thrive if they don't make efforts to maintain relationships with their customers? It's like leaving valuable connections hanging in the air. ๐ฌ๏ธ๐ช
