Job Responsibilities
• Initiate strategies for achieving set targets in terms of sales volumes and revenue
• Coordinate the activities of all sales representatives for optimum performance
• Handle training of sales representatives and manage their performance (including performance review)
• Open up and maintain horizontal relationships with corporate and other high value clients
• Conduct market researches to understand trends and competitor’s analysis

Job Requirements
• Minimum of HND in relevant disciplines (marketing, business admin etc)
• 1-3 years working experience in the g industry
• Confident and tenacious
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office packages

Responsibilities:
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling

Skills and Qualifications
• 1-5 years in sales setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

Requirements:
- A BSc/HND in business or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills.
