Starting out as a Affiliate Marketer can be rather confusing and frustrating.

Hello, Everyone! πŸ‘‹

I believe Facebook was built for making connections with amazing people like you, and I think we should get to know each other better!

Let's start with me.

In a world filled with so many distractions and opportunities at the same time, it is very easy to get carried away with the former.

This was my reality many years back. As a young man that just graduated from Secondary School.

I decided to explore the world of technology by enrolling to acquire soft skills but soon found myself drowning in an ocean of knowledge way beyond my comprehension at the time.

The harder I fought to keep my head above water, the more difficult it got until I gave in to the distractions.

Fortunately my love for technology and how it works grows with every passing day.

This was driven by my curiosity on how technology could make life easier now and in the future.

Initially, I believed that only software or hardware engineers could earn a living from this aspect of life.

However, in time I came to learn that there are many ways to earn a living through technology.

About two years ago, I came across a platform that teaches people how to make money by selling other people's products.

This caught my attention. Before now, I had heard and tried Dropshipping, Forex and others, even lost money on these ventures.

So, all I need to do here is drive traffic and get paid on every sale from my leads. It sounded cool!

So I jumped in and today I can proudly identify myself as an Affiliate Marketer and Social Media Marketer.

I work with Zibarr Affiliate Network (formerly Learnoflix Affiliate Program), a digital and physical products, and service marketplace co-founded by world-renowned Business Growth Expert, Mr. Sam Ashiwaju Harvard.

One main reason I am passionate about online marketing aside from the luxury of working on my own terms, time and pace is because it's more about helping people than making money.

One skill I would like to learn outside marketing and the rest is how to play the guitar - the melody from the strings sounds heavenly.

I'm a big believer in self-development, and I love to read books and materials that help me grow.

Meeting people with value is something I've come to love because it's how impact is made in our generation.

I'm a shy person and I tend to hide behind humour and silence. I admire people who are straight shooters, focused, and real.

I believe everyone is unique and entitled to their opinions. Yet, you can become anything with determination and laser focus.

I've been Solomon Gadzekpo and this is my little story.

Now that you know a little about me, I would love to get to know you.

Share a little about yourself in the comments below.

I'm waiting…

Hello everyone! πŸ‘‹

I hope you're doing well.

It's been months since my last post, and I'm so happy to be with you again.

It's been quite a roller coaster ride for me, but I'm excited to be back.

I'm sorry that I wasn't as regular with my posts as I could have been, but I'm determined to be more consistent from now on, no matter what challenges come my way.

During my absence, I've been paying attention to what would be beneficial to you, my beloved audience.

While our main goal here is to succeed at affiliate marketing, there are so many other interesting topics to talk about.

For example, the recent surge in AI and its potential for digital and affiliate marketing is an exciting subject.

I'm positive that you'll benefit greatly from our discussions about it.

If you have any other topics you'd like to see covered, please drop your suggestions in the comments, and I'll do my best to research and provide answers as simply as possible.

But before I start posting, I'd like to reintroduce myself since this is the first post of the year.

That will be my next post.

Thank you for engaging with this page. Your likes, comments, and shares keep me going.

I'm grateful for the time you've spent reading this and other posts, and I'm excited to continue sharing valuable content with you.

Until next time, stay safe, stay cool, and as always.

𝐈 π€πŒ 𝐀 𝐁𝐀𝐃 π’π€π‹π„π’πŒπ€π.
π‹πŽπŽπŠ 𝐀𝐓 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈'𝐕𝐄 πƒπŽππ„!!

Let me tell you how I messed up. I'll start from the beginning.

Early in my training as a marketer, I've learned the three types of audiences:

-Cold audience: These people don't know you from
anywhere.

-Warm audience: These people have come to know you
but still a bit skeptical.

-Hot audience: These are your raving fans.

And I've also learnt that for an audience to buy, especially a cold audience, they must have the KLT factor.

KLT = Know, Like, and Trust

This means for an audience to buy from you, they must Know, Like, and Trust you.

Now, fast forward to a few weeks ago, I used a friend to generate some leads, so where do you think this type of audience belongs?

You are right! Cold audience.

But for whatever reason, I treated them like a hot audience.

I expected them to buy immediately perhaps because I used very persuasive material for that campaign.

Yeah, you can also say I was desperate

or

-My brain enter reverse-

What on God's green earth was I thinking?!

Did I make a sale? I can confidently tell you - NADA! NONE!! SHISHI!!! I no sell.

And I might have probably lost those leads permanently.

Damn!!

So, please

Don't be like me. It is bad for business.

Even when you have the "baddest" copy or sales letter, the best converting video ad, or whatever.

Always bear in mind that not everyone will buy instantly.

You must warm them up and make them your die-hard fans. To make them beg you to take their money.

What I'm saying if I am saying anything at all is:

Follow up on your leads. My mentor will always say: "THE MONEY IS IN THE FOLLOW UP "

I'm raving for you! GO AND DO WONDERS!!

As for me, I'll amend my ways. Lesson learnt the hard way.
