Dear Graduates of the 2025 Convocation,

Please be informed that, in line with the extant regulations of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), the records of graduates are uploaded on the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) portal for registration and issuance of Exclusion Letters immediately after each Convocation.

However, following the 2025 Convocation, the NYSC portal has not yet been opened for the University to upload the records of its graduates. The ongoing NYSC registration for the Exclusion Letter (Stream II, Batch B) applies only to graduates of earlier convocations whose records have already been uploaded.

In view of the above, the University kindly requests all 2025 Convocation graduates to exercise patience until the next batch of registration is opened.
