What is the difference between a customer and an employee

A lot of y'all would think this is a stupid question
But think about it

Don't you think it's funny, the way business owners and employers approve one bad act and condemn the other?

You encourage lies told to customers but it hurt when employees steal from you.

Well, the way not to harvest maize from your farm is not to plant it.

Lies are seed, and when you encourage them, they're sown in your business. They soon grow and theft is the result.

So first way to stop theft is a honest culture.
