SYMPTOMS OF HIGH BLOOD SUGAR

High blood sugar, also known as hyperglycemia, can cause a range of symptoms. The symptoms and their severity can vary from person to person, but common symptoms of high blood sugar include:

πŸ‘‰ Increased thirst

πŸ‘‰ Frequent urination

πŸ‘‰ Dry mouth

πŸ‘‰ Blurred vision

πŸ‘‰ Fatigue

πŸ‘‰ Slow-healing cuts or sores

πŸ‘‰ Nausea and vomiting

πŸ‘‰ Rapid breathing

πŸ‘‰ Flushed, dry skin

πŸ‘‰ Stomach pain

πŸ‘‰ Fruity-smelling breath

If you experience any of these symptoms, it's important to check your blood sugar levels and talk to your healthcare provider.

It's important for people with diabetes to monitor their blood sugar levels regularly and work with their healthcare provider to keep them within a safe range.

8 Reasons You Must Get 8 Hours of Beautiful Sleep

Sleep is as important as your diet and physical activity. You need to give sleep the attention it deserves.

Lack of sleep is linked to many serious health issues like; increased risk of heart disease, depression, weight gain, inflammation, and other chronic illnesses.

Individual needs for sleep varies. Most research suggests that you should get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health.

Sleep deprivation can put your health and safety at risk, which is why it’s important that you prioritize and protect your sleep on a daily basis.

The following are the 8 reasons you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

1. Sleep Helps You Maintain or Lose Weight

Lack of sleep increases levels of ghrelin and decreases levels of leptin. Ghrelin is a hormone that makes us feel hungry while leptin makes us feel full. This may cause us to feel hungrier and overeat.

Short sleep duration is associated with an increased risk of developing obesity and weight gain. Sleep deprivation may increase your appetite and cause you to eat more than necessary.

2. Sleep Improves Concentration and Productivity

Sleep is vital for various aspects of brain function. Cognition, concentration, productivity, and performance are all negatively affected by sleep deprivation.

So, good sleep can maximize problem-solving skills and enhance memory. In contrast, poor sleep has been shown to impair brain function and decision making skills.

3. Sleep Strengthen Your Heart

Low sleep quality and duration may increase your risk of developing heart disease.

Short sleep appears to increase the risk of high blood pressure, especially in those with obstructive sleep apnea β€” a condition characterized by interrupted breathing during sleep.

Sleeping fewer than seven hours per night is linked to an increased risk of heart disease and high blood pressure.

4. Sleep Controls Sugar Metabolism and Type 2 Diabetes Risk

Lack of sleep is linked to a greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance β€” which is when your body cannot use the hormone insulin properly.

Sleep deprivation is associated with a higher risk of developing obesity, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome. These factors also increase your risk of diabetes.

5. Sleep Fights Depression

Mental health case like depression are strongly associated with poor sleep quality and sleeping disorders.

Poor sleeping patterns are strongly linked to depression, particularly for those with a sleeping disorder.

6. Sleep Supports A Healthy Immune System

Inadequate sleep has been shown to impair immune function.

Getting at least 8 hours of sleep can improve your immune function and help fight the common cold.

7. Good Sleep Regulates Increased Inflammation

Sleep plays a major role in the regulation of our central nervous system. It’s helps in the stress-response systems known as the sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.

Lack of sleep is linked to higher levels of inflammation. Over time, this can increase your risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s disease.

8. Lack of Sleep Affects Emotions and Social Interactions

Sleep loss reduces your ability to regulate emotions and interact socially.

When we’re tired, we have a harder time controlling emotional outbursts and our behaviors in front of others. Tiredness may also affect our ability to respond to humor and show empathy.

Sleep deprivation may reduce your social skills and ability to process emotions.

Lack of sleep can be dangerous
Not getting enough sleep can be dangerous for yourself and others.

When we’re tired, our ability to focus on tasks, reflexes, and reaction times decreases. In fact, being severely sleep-deprived is comparable to having consumed excess alcohol.

THE REAL CAUSE OF HYPERTENSION

Many people keep hanging on an old false belief of "SALT CAUSES HYPERTENSION" They have 100% belief in skewed research found on Google!

SUGAR will give you hypertension before you even mention the word SALT.

Salt will never, never, never, ever cause hypertension.

NEVER.

What is the actual cause of HYPERTENSION?

Hypertension is mainly and primarily caused by the narrowing of your blood vessels as a result of chronic exposure to inflammatory radicals like:

- Sugar

- Seed oils

- Refined carbs and cereals

If these vessels are narrow, the heart uses a lot of pressure to pump blood.

The closest factor of salt leading to hypertension is 'WATER RETENTION".

But how many millions of milligrams do you need for salt to retain water in your body?

Salt can only cause hypertension if you have a sick kidney and sick liver. But the body is not stupid. It knows when to remove excess water (urine) and when to ask for more water (thirst).

Nature (body) is not stupid at all.

Stop blaming salt while eating sugar.

Stop accusing salt for what sugar did to your blood vessels and heart.

Sugar is messing up your body. Believe me or not!

If salt was bad as the industry tells you, then all our forefathers would have died of hypertension.

They ate salt. Sold salt. Paid salary with salt.
