Teach Your Girl Child How To Clean Her V***a After Peeing

Cleaning helps to get rid of odors caused by leftover urine droplets that causes your pant to smell thereby, keeping your ge****ls healthy.
Bacteria need warmth and moisture to grow, so keeping the area clean reduces the risk of skin irritation, bladder and yeast infections.

After peeing, you will like to clean your v***a, not your va**na. The va**na is the muscular canal inside your body. It’s self-cleaning and doesn’t need to be washed.

There are two main methods of keeping your v***a healthy after urinating. The first is with soft tissue paper, and the second with warm/ room water.

A: Cleaning with tissue paper
Take more than one sheet of soft tissue paper.
Wipe from front to back ie, from cl****is to the a**s
Make sure the area is completely wiped dry.
It’s important that you wipe front to back, as wiping the opposite way back to front can help spread bacteria.
Every time one wipe from back to front, after urination, the bacteria from the gut can get transferred to the va**na or the urethra causing infections of the urinary or reproductive system.

B: Cleaning with warm/ room temperature water
Gently pour warm / room temperature water to the v***a, at the same time wash from from backward.
Wipe yourself off with a dry towel.
A bidet is a good option if you have access to one. “This prevents hand contact, making it more hygienic and leaving no chance for the spread of bacteria.

N.B; Be sure to dry yourself off with a towel and not your hand. Additionally, avoid soap whenever you can. But if you do use soap, pick one that’s mild and unscented.
Soap can actually be harmful and cause irritation and sensitivity and potential allergic reactions.

KNOW YOUR CHILD SCREEN TIME
Spending excessive time on screens is harming the mental well-being of our children, according to a leading health scientist and sleep expert.

REDUCE THEIR SCREEN TIME
New guidelines recommending that:
Teenagers aged 13 to 18 should have a maximum of three hours of screen time per day.
For children aged 6 to 12, the recommendation is two hours.
Aged 2 to 5 should be limited to one hour.
No screen exposure is recommended for children under two.
Excessive screen time is very damaging for children.
Phones are also detrimental to a good night’s sleep.
The light from the screen whether television, computer or phone deactivates melatonin production at night time. It tells the brain that it’s the middle of the day if you’re on the phone at night when you should be sleeping.
A sleep expert and author, said more and more people are becoming short-sighted than ever due to excessive screen use.
Short sightedness (Myopia) is where your eyeball is growing and stretching, growing much faster than it should and it's becoming unhealthy.
Myopic eyes can lead to further complications such as retinal detachments, cataracts and loss of vision.
