So last week Wednesday, I had to send out my customer's order for delivery from Lagos to Ado Ekiti.😩

I got to the waybill company to drop the package and to also do other necessaries. I was told the goods will get to her by Thursday.😊

Thursday came and I called to ask my customer if she had gotten it and she said "NO", Omo! I quickly called the manager of the company and complained☹️.

He apologized and said she will get it that night or the next day. I said okay, let me calm down small since the manager himself had already reached out to her to that her goods is on their way.🙂

Oya now, Friday reached, I called my customer again oo, ma'am, what's up? have you received it, she said "No".

What!😨, as at Friday evening she's yet to get her goods, what's going on? I hope these people haven't misplaced her package?😩like different thoughts began to run through my mind. I then called the manager and said "sir, what's going on? goods that have been sent out since on Wednesday she's yet to receive it as on Friday Evening"😪

He said he was sorry and then said he was going to send me the driver's number which he did.

I called the driver and he was just blowing me off, he wasn't wanting to listen to me and wanted me to listen to him🤦.

He was just saying "listen to me", "are you the one that brought the package to come give to me", I was like "Sir, I just want to confirm and know where you are", Baba said, "listen to me, are you the one that has the package"?

Omo, I just confuse😩, the height of it was when he said don't call me again o and he hung up!😂

I said ahhhhh, what's all this nonsense, does this man want to spoil business for me?😩

Does he want me to lose this my customer ni?😩 because I've had a similar issue with this before( the goods was to be delivered to Onitsha, the Waybill company delayed in delivering, customer service was bad, I called and called when, at a time they will pick, at another time they won't 😪when the goods eventually arrived, she was charged another money for store keeping which was never part of the agreement😪omo! that's how I lost her as a customer.)

I said no, this mustn't happen again o, then I called the manager to report what the driver said, he said he's sorry he'll call him...he did and got back to me😁

Alas! her package finally arrived that Friday night o😩, they already called her to come to pick it up at the park.
