Main Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this role is to provide the best support for the student by presenting the lesson in a creative way, identify gaps in learning and to be proficient in the subject you are delivering.

Requirements
- You either possess a B.Sc, B. Ed, or at least an NCE
- You have at least 1 year experience of online tutoring
- You are able to take a creative approach to teaching online
- You are tech savvy and own a computer/laptop device with a functional we**am and microphone.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering lessons on-line in a friendly, engaging and considerate manner
- Lessons may be scheduled for any time of days or evening, including weekends, depending on your availability
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
- Identify & Create learning materials that can encourage class engagement.
