There are five different types of people you need in your corner

Burden bearers: These are people who can listen to you when you’re down and pray with you. They feel your pain and will encourage you no matter what

Bridge builders: These are people who can connect you to others in their network. They are happy to do this and will consistently open doors for you

People of Influence: These are people who recommend you for opportunities in those rooms you’re not in. Their word is respected

Competent team members & skilled vendors: These are people who are working for you or with you. They understand your vision and commit to that vision

Coaches & Mentors: These are people invested in your success. They have been where you are right now and can offer a short cut, counsel, a roadmap
