Many men don’t realize how exhausting it is to cook, manage a home, and take care of babies — until they’re the ones doing it.

Sometimes just cooking alone can drain you so much that you don’t even want anyone around because you just want to rest.
Now imagine a woman who has to cook every day, breastfeed, care for her babies, clean the entire house, and keep an eye on her kids to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Yet some men still expect her to have the energy for missionary, reverse cowgirl, and doggy like she isn’t already worn out.

If men want their wives to look good, stay active, and still feel human, they need to support them at home — or hire someone who will.

You can’t leave everything on a woman’s shoulders and then complain that she’s tired when you’re ready for action.
