Moments from the third and final batch of the Lagos Tour Guide Training Programme.

We have come a long way. We commenced this programme with the goal of enabling selected tourism enthusiasts with the tools needed to enhance sustainable tourist services in Lagos State.

Our brilliant trainees were educated in areas such as the development of successful business strategies, illuminating tour guiding fundamentals, up-to-date first aid practical training, Public relations, marketing and communications and last but certainly not least, excellent customer service.

Fast forward to May 2022, and we are proud to say Lagos now has 150 trained, certified and registered tour guides to assist residents and visitors on their tours within and outside the State.

This training programme is a partnership between Red Clay, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture
