All Candidates are to present Original and photocopies of the following documents to Screening Officers



1. BioData Form .

2. Result Checker(scratch cards)

3. O Level Results or Certificate (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO) to be verified and confirmed by the Students Records Department.

4. UTME (JAMB) Result print out.

5. Post UTME Screening print out.

6. Testimonial from Secondary School.

7. JAMB Admission Letter.

8. Acceptance Fee Receipt.(REMITA RECEIPT)

9. Payment History Print Out.

10. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:

(a) Imam/Pastor

(b) Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12

(c) Lawyer

(d) Principal of your former Secondary School.

11. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YABATECH DOES NOT REQUIRE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.



YABATECH ALSO DOES NOT ACCEPT DECLARATION OF AGE CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
