Primage schools registered for a programme tagged organised by World Health Organization in conjunction with Access Bank. We sent in a vidoe made by the student here some times ago about depression. To the glory of God, that video made us qualify for being part of the programme. Some of our students and staffs were present in Access Bank head office in Victoria Island today to represent our school.
We thank God for this opportunity.
Primage Schools is going places in Jesus name.
WAYS OF CURBING DEPRESSION.
Depression can be curbed by talking. As the adage goes 'a problem shared is half solved.'
Depression can also be curbed through support, that is, by discussing solutions and educating the family members.
Psychotherapy, also known as talking therapies as well as drug treatment are also means of reducing depression.
