The Scout Association of Nigeria wishes to categorically state that the information currently circulating on social media concerning the alleged passing of Brother Frederic K**a-K**a is false, misleading, and did not originate from any official national platform of the Association.

Our attention was drawn to a screenshot being circulated online, which falsely claims to have been posted from the official page of The Scout Association of Nigeria. We hereby debunk and dissociate the Association from the said publication.

Members of the public, Scouts, and partners are advised to disregard the fake post and rely only on verified information released through our official communication channels.

We strongly discourage the spread of unverified reports capable of causing panic, confusion, or emotional distress within the Scouting family.
