GET YOURSELF COMMITTED TO THE SCRIPTURES.
“Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.” Hebrews 1:3–4 (KJV)

Anyone who neglects the Word of God is walking in paths of failure. The child of God is the offspring of the Word of God, and he or she cannot succeed in this life without the Word (1 Peter 1:23). The scripture above states that all things are upheld by the Word of His power i.e. Word of God.
Dear beloved, it is important for you to meditate on the opening scripture, and you will receive flavour to always value and be serious with the Word of God. If the Most High upholds all things by His Word, then the Holy Scriptures should be priced and valued far above all things in our lives. Study and meditate on the Word of God day and night, and observe to do what He says. Then you will surely prosper in every good thing you set your mind and heart on (Psalm 1:2–3).
If our heavenly Father cannot do without His Word, why should a true Christian neglect the Word of God even for a day? Beloved, if you have been neglecting the Word of God, it is time to stop and make time for Him before you begin to fail. Let this Scriptures govern your steps, thoughts, decisions, actions, reactions, choices, and plans, and you will always prosper.
Do not be faint in His word to uphold your life rightly, you shall be blessed bountifully in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
