DONT!!!! DONT!!! Dont!!!

One of the many reasons i later discovered turned out to be one of reasons i could not totally achieve much in 2025 as a fashion tutor was trying me trying to do everything ,stay with me !!!

In my strive to be relevant and solve every sewing challenge on all my sewing platforms got me freely burnt out and I almost lost myself in it.

One of the dangers of it was that it dint allow me time to learn and unlearn

It dint allow me time to heal from my own struggles before trying to fill other people’s cup , this is not being self centered , it’s about understanding the fact that you have to first fill yourself before filling others, if not you will end up empty in the process while others get filled.

It dint allow me get effective in almost all of them cos it’s impossible to carry everything at once up the ladder.

So what did I do,

I assembled a team that I even as a leader was going to be accountable to , this boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Gathering the team made it clear to me that it was impossible to do it all by my own.

I set boundaries on certain things just to preserve my sanity and the Brand from “ see finish syndrome “

I broke my goals down to mini project to ease the pressure of being over whelmed.

I evaluated my goals if they were

Scalable

Sustainable and achieveble……

Last I made that Great choice of focusing and building one at a time , starting with that which makes you come alive ….

Let’s not finish all the updates for tonight ,
